北京禹田文化传媒有限责任公司（禹田文化），旗下现有北京禹田翰风图书有限责任公司（禹田图书）和北京禹田文化艺术有限责任公司（禹田动漫）两家子公司，全体员工近百名，专业从事少儿读物的引进、策划、编辑、出版、发行以及影视动漫的制作和发行。
禹田文化创立之初即植根少儿出版产业，出版方向涉及校园文学、版权小说、少儿科普、儿童绘本、助学读物、大奖图书、动漫衍生书等版块，公司独立策划出版发行的图书先后获得多项国家级和省部级大奖，部分项目的版权业已输出到海外。2008年至今，禹田翰风与极具影响力的国际大社深入合作，分别从美国学者出版社、美国威尔登·欧文出版公司、美国梦工厂动画公司、英国麦克米伦出版公司、法国拉鲁斯出版集团、韩国GANA出版机构、日本金桥株式会社等出版机构引进了各类品质优秀的版权图书。无论选题立意、文字内容的编辑处理，还是排版、装帧设计，禹田图书都精致独到，深受读者的喜爱，并得到业内人士的推崇。目前，公司每年推出近二百个新书品种，动销品种达到六百种，年销售码洋过亿，市场占有率稳居全国少儿图书市场排名前五。
2002年，北京禹田文化艺术有限责任公司挂牌成立，开始了禹田在动漫领域的探索。2007年9月，禹田文化向影视动画方向深度拓展，正式启动52集大型原创少儿侦探类电视动画项目《魔角侦探》，2009年夏天顺利杀青，并与2010年年底登陆央视少儿频道黄金档，随后在全国上百家地方电视台展开多轮重播。《魔角侦探》第二季“大三角计划”也将与2012年与广大电视观众见面。
禹田文化是首批入驻中国北京出版创意产业园的唯一一家少儿民营文化企业，被图书商报评选为“年度十佳实力机构”，荣获“卓越亚马逊飞跃奖”等含金量颇高的奖项。

Beijing Yutian Culture & Media Organization (UTOP) has set up two subsidiaries: Beijing Yutian Hanfeng Books Co., Ltd., and Beijing Yutian Culture & Arts Co., Ltd.. With more than one hundred staffs, it has always been specializing in importing and exporting, planning, editing, publishing, distributing children’s books, as well as animations creating and distributing.
Since its birth, Utop has concentrated on work of children books publishing. It provides a variety of categories of books, including campus literature, classics, encyclopedia, art and craft, infant enlightenment, award works and anime-derivative books. Form 2008 to now, there are a lot of famous international publishing companies have become our cooperated companies, such as Scholastic Inc., DreamWorks Pictures, Macmillan Publishers Limited, Larousse，Child Honsha，Korea GANA，and so on. Utop owns the success to its unique novel topic, perfect content editing, as well as exquisite graphic design. So beyond all doubt, the published books got the high praise of the professionals, and also won the sea of adoration from the customers. Now the wide-ranging portfolio of company’s products have been over six hundreds kinds, with the distribution amounted to more than one hundred million RMB every year. Meanwhile, Utop also gets a steady rank of Market Share, the top five, in countryside children’s books market.
In 2002, Beijing Yutian Culture & Arts Co., Ltd., established, and began its exploration in animation field. In September 2007, Utop’s exploration in animation field had become deeper, and officially launched the 52-episode original children's detective TV animation, "MojoSpy". This animation had finished successfully in the summer of 2009, and broadcasted during the prime time on the CCTV Children's Channel, followed by the replays of hundreds of local television stations in the country in the end of 2010. “MojoSpy” Season Two, “Triangle Plan” will meet with the television viewers in 2012.
What’s more, Utop is the only privately owned culture enterprises that firstly selected out and enter China Beijing Publication Creative Industry Park. It was awarded by Books Business Daily as “Top Ten powerful institutions” and won the “Amazon leap Award”, one of the most important awards.
